The challenge

Many military personnel and eligible users do not know whether they qualify for a Space A flight, or how to navigate the registration efficiently. Key challenges included creating a friendly user interface for eligible users while streamlining the internal processes behind it to be efficient and scalable.

The outcome

True to its name — SATEW, Space A The Easy Way — the new platform supports eligible users in accessing and benefiting from US military Space A flights, providing clear, concise data on eligibility status and a guided path through registration.

Tesco Lotus (now rebranded as Lotus’s) is a leading multinational retail chain operating over 2,000 stores, providing a wide range of consumer goods through large-scale retail operations across multiple regions. Delivered as a subcontractor to Ascend Group Co. Ltd.

The challenge

The client required a modern POS (Point-of-Sale) system to support large-scale retail operations, handling complex workflows across thousands of stores. The project demanded collaboration with a large multidisciplinary team across internal and external stakeholders, and a platform with high performance, security, and seamless integration with frontend systems.

Enabled scalable POS operations across 2,000+ retail locations, improved system security through two-factor authentication, and enhanced operational efficiency with customized POS features — strengthening system scalability and performance for enterprise usage and supporting seamless collaboration across multiple teams.

The challenge

As part of a corporate rebrand by IHG, the hotel required a new website aligned with the updated brand identity. The existing site needed improvements in user experience and navigation to better support the online booking journey, and a modern, visually engaging design that could effectively represent the hotel’s unique brand and location.
